hi, I got a message that Box drive has encountered an issue and the logs are a/v on my desktop. The automatic log transfer also failed and therefore the logs that is saved on my desktop needs a review. Can someone help on resolving that?

Can you try manually resetting Box Drive from your computer following this article:
If the issue persist, I would suggest reaching out to your IT helpdesk to help look into this as it looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
