Box Shield - Unable to classify folders I created
I am our company's Box Shield administrator. I created the folders we are using. I bought Box Shield two days ago. Today, I am unable to classify the folders that I created, even though I am listed as the owner. Is there documentation/am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug/can you help me work around it until you can fix it?
