    If you need assistance in recovering or reactivating a deactivated Box account, you may go to Support.box.com > click "Support" > Contact Support . You will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here.". Complete the form and include the information on the account you need help reactivating and and someone from our team will reach out to help look into the status of it.
