Unable to upload to BOX

I have been trying all morning to upload compressed, encrypted files to a specific folder on box but I have been unsuccessful as there is an unexplained error. I have enclosed a screenshot, please can you assist?

  The inability to upload encrypted files onto Box is may be due to a firewall or network settings.

  I suggest that you contact your firewall/network team so they can investigate why the encrypted file might be failing in your network environment.
