need access to a BOX folder, where the owner left the company
Dear Team,
kindly asking for your help, me and my teams need urgently access to this BOX folder: [personal information--redacted]. We are afraid, that we lost access when the owner of the BOX folder left company. It was on 31. August. Could you please reinstate this BOX folder? Please advise what approvals are needed to do so. This is impacting our whole department. Thank you.
