User not receiving account verification email

I've added a new user to our account, but she is not receiving the invite. We have tried to delete the account, setup it back and still not working. We have validated that email is being sent and received.

  Has the affected user checked her spam/ junk mail folder?

  If they already have and still haven't received the confirmation email from Box, please check this article for further troubleshooting tips and make sure that your firewall is not blocking emails from Box: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications
