The user is a client that we are sharing a folder with. The client said they are using Microsoft Edge browser. I have asked if this error message happens when using other browsers - no response yet.  

The error showed up when try to setup an account in BOX

  I understand your client is getting an error in Edge that app.box.com is being reported as unsafe.

  If they are still having issues, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance on this.
