Can't open excel files

Box working fine until today, now we can't open any files through a browser.

  I work with multiple clients and am seeing this across each of them.  All office files are unable to be open in the online version.  Seems like a global outage.

  hi 

  i cant open any files in Box. Tried using different reference numbers but its still not working
