New User Not Getting Verification Email
Hello,
We have a new user that is not able to access Box. She has not received her account verification email. We tried a few times and she never received it. I also shared Box folders with her, and she never received the email links.
We checked her spam/junk mail and did not see anything. We use Box with many other users, so I don't think the emails have been blocked by our mail filters. Can you please advise how to fix?
