It did not work:-(.  Any other suggestions? I relaunched the Finder (there was not an option to quit) Kirsten

Thanks France - I appreciate the help.  I've taken a screenshot which I hope clarifies.   I am on MAC OS 12.5.1 and no errors right now working on the drive.
