Update, after doing a Fiddler trace, we found that upload.app.box.com does not return the authentication cookie with it and therefore shows as NOT AUTHENTICATED. Box Support, any way to fix this?

Issues with authentication and SSL inspection
We currently run a PAC FILE ONLY proxy that does SSL Inspection. We use Azure for proxy authentication. All box transaction appear in the proxy logs as authenticated EXCEPT anything to upload.app....
