I have manually reset Box. My files were no where to be found in any unsynced folder. I uninstalled Box and then reinstalled it. Still no files.

回答済みMy files are gone. I have tried repeatedly to contact Support with no success. These are tax files and work files that were created in the last two years. All are gone.

Yes, tried logging out and logging back in. Synced everything multiple times. Checked trash.

Missing files
回答済みAfter syncing Box with my desktop I am now missing dozens of files and not old ones - ones that I have recently used in the past couple of weeks. They are not in my trash.
