Hi Rona, I head over to forum.box.com.  But I keep getting the same error I posted 6 hours ago.  I can not login at all.  Could you please check what caused that?

I tried to join the platform and developer forum in https://forum.box.com/.  I keep getting this error even after I reset password as advised and login again.  What is wrong here?
