Hi Rona i've downlaoded box drive 3 times now and i keep getting this message ie a more recent version is already installed on this pc

This just started this week when I noticed my Box Drive folder had disappeared, and when I clicked on the app to start it I got this pop up I installed and reinstalled, but I'm having the same issue

Box said it could not update my Box Drive to version 2.37.142 its been like this for months I tried to uninstall and reinstall but I can't uninstall it as it says it's missing a file see screenshot...
