3. IT DOESN'T UPDATE THE SPACE IN MY BOX ACCOUNT

I have the same problem but no response from Box. Are they going out of business? The account is unusable like this for a paid subscription.

3. I have deleted tons of files in my 100gb account including the trash bin. When I try to upload a file, I still get this error message "Account storage limit reached". What's up?
