I am working at IBM and who I need to contact? I mean who is the Box Administrator for our organization for this issue.

One more question for you. how can I check if the content of the departed user was deleted with the user's account? The departed user did not take any action to delete the contents before she left ...

Does it mean that the departed user still can access the folder even if she left IBM already?
