    Hi, I have 2fa enabled on my Box account.  I recently switched phones and lost access to my authenticator app. Is it possible to reset the 2fa on my Box account? Thanks!

    I have the same issue.  Is it possible to get help switching 2fa to my new phone?  I did not see a way to log a support ticket directly or switch 2fa via self-service.
