I'm still getting the same issue even though Support said it had been fixed. Cannot upload any more files to add to my current 63mb storage when I supposedly have 10gb!!

Won't allow any upload
回答済みMy allowed storage of 10gb is completely empty and my Trash bin has emptied but I still cannot upload a file (500mb). How do I overcome this? Do I need to delete my account and re-register?
