I'm still not able to use box on my macbook. Is there anyone that can help me???

Hi, I tried restarting my macbook  and received the following message: "Box Drive failed to initialize with macOS". I re-installed Box but received the same message.

I cannot get my terminal to open properly on my macbook air so I'm unable to reset  Box Drive or uninstall. I'm at my wits end! Thanks for any help!
