Thank you for the update!  I reinstalled the C++ redistributables and box loaded on reboot.  Box.com support needs to take note of this.

I also ran sfc /scannow, and it found no integrity violations \

In case this helps, I found the win32api.pyd file in C:\Program Files\Box\Box.  Last date modified 11/16/2024.

Windows 10, box version 2.42.212 I've been using Box for quite a while, and suddenly this started happening.  I've noticed several others are having the same issue.
