Hey Team! It has been 5 days since Rona suggested that I wait and the Box online still reports the same number.  Can you please fix the issue? Thanks in advance!

Hey Emily, Thanks for the response.  I checked everything you mentioned and it does not address my situation.  I suspect it is a Box server-side issue.
