Always asks me box.com credentials!
Why every time I log off windows 10 and log in again I am asked box.com user + password? Why I cannot memorize my credentials such as dropbox + google drive + ms onedrive + all ? Thanks.

this is only happening to Box Drive app, our Product Support team might be able to help identify the root cause by looking into your Box Drive logs. so I opened a ticket now. Thanks.

Hi France, it happens on Windows 10 Box Drive app. No one else is using my own laptop. From times to times the Box login windows pops up asking me to log in again. Thanks.

Windows 10 Box app disconnect often
Recently when using Windows 10 version 4.0.8041 I am asked to login because I get disconnected from my account. This is annoying. How could I keep box app connected all the time? Thank.
