for box support: what can't we sent a requests under the support webpage, all that is shown (at least for me, anyways) is the community, and not even email and/or phone number? thanks!

if you have added a 2FA app or way to get the codes in some cases (it all depending on the service or site) when changing (even when thinking you edit) the 2FA it removes the old authenticator rand...

IDK if this will work, but maybe in the box sync app, turn of sync, then delete, then turn of sync again. hopefully that will work, but don't know for sure, it only a guess.
