完了My company used to have a Box corporate account but we don't have that anymore. I tried to reset my password, but it doesn't work. I don't get the email to do a reset. I do not have an internal Box...

We no longer have Box internally. I wonder if the old profile is holding me up and preventing me from changing the password.

回答済みI need to login to Box with my company email address, and Box isn't letting me reset the password. I belive we may have had SSO setup a few years ago so that may be part of the problem.
