Remove weekends data from Admin Insights charts (Jan 2024)

We've added the ability to remove weekends data bringing parity from legacy insights to the new Managed User Activity and System Activity Admin Insights charts. To enable, use ‘Exclude Weekends’ toggle when configuring these charts through the Settings panel
