User-level storage calculation update (Sept 2024)

We have enhanced the accuracy of our user-level storage calculations. The updated calculation now takes into account the sizes of all files and their versions, excluding any files that have been placed in the Trash. As a result, you will notice more precise storage numbers on your Account Settings page, as well as on the Admin Insights Dashboard, Users & Groups page and User Details report in the Admin Console.
