In our continued effort to bring Admins more visibility and to better support user management, we are adding in “Collaboration Count” data points to the Managed Users List and in the Delete User Flow.

In the Managed Users List, Admins will now see the number of file collaborations per managed user, along with their last activity date.

In the Delete User Flow, when an admin deletes a user, the delete confirmation modal will now display the number of collaborations (file number) that user is involved in.
These updates will enable Admins to better assess user engagement and reduce the risk of of accidental collaboration loss.
