We are excited to introduce updates to Box AI Admin Console, making it easier for administrators to manage Box AI access across their organization.
With a new dedicated “Box AI” tab in the left navigation, admins can now configure permissions for users and groups with greater precision. Admins can enable Box AI for all users with one-click or use available options to enable or disable Box AI for specific individuals or groups—up to 100 names or groups at a time. The settings also allow granular control over which services, such as Documents, Notes, Hubs, and official integrations. These enhancements streamline the process of managing AI capabilities within Box.
We have added a new Discover tab within the new Box AI tab. This thoughtfully designed feature will serve as a centralized hub for Admins seeking to deepen their understanding of the capabilities and benefits that Box AI can bring to their organization. Admins can access curated resources aimed at providing information and practical insights to successfully deploy and use Box AI within the enterprise:
- One key component of this new section is access to our comprehensive “AI Explainer Series.” This series features in-depth discussions led by industry experts, including Box’s Chief Technology Officer, Ben Kus. Through these sessions, Admins will gain valuable perspectives on how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of content management and collaboration.
- The Discover tab will host a collection of demo videos showcasing Box AI in real-world scenarios. These demonstrations highlight how AI-powered tools can streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve decision-making across various business functions.
- Admins will also find detailed guides and best practices designed to facilitate smooth adoption and maximize the impact of Box AI within their teams.
- There will be links to upcoming webinars, community forums, and support channels where Admins can engage with peers and product experts. By creating this interactive environment, we aim to build a collaborative ecosystem around Box AI innovation.
This new resource hub will be instrumental in helping organizations unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence through Box’s platform.
