Shared Links Report Enhancements (Sept 2022)

We released a faster and more efficient Shared Links Report. Along with performance improvements, we also enhanced the report with these features:

  1. Filters and scheduling - Users can filter, save, and schedule the report.

  2. Status column added back to the Shared Links Report - Customers previously on the limited release of the Shared Links Report did not have access to the Status column. With this release, we added the Status column. The Status column will show the status of the immediate Shared Link.

  3. New Derived Status column - This new column displays the status of the topmost parent folder rather than the current folder.
