Deleted folders keep reappearing

I have editor permissions inside our team folder. Multiple times I deleted a sub-folder only to see it re-appear later. It only happens with one sub-folder in particular. What is going on here?

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  Have you tried to communicate this incident with the owner of the Team folder? It's possible for the owner to recover the deleted item since it also goes to his Box Trash even if deleted by a collaborator,  so it's likely that the owner may have recovered the subfolder you deleted from his Trash if it reappeared in the parent folder.
