Server error when downloading folder
I'm trying to download one of my folders on Box (online) and it works well up until about 1 Gb, then the download stops and won't restart. I only get the message that there is a server error. I've tried to download using Safari, Chrome and Brave browsers, with the same result. Grateful for any advice. This seems to be a problem on the server side, so I really don't know how to handle this.

Its possible that you might be hitting some scale limit with your download as I noticed your profile is linked to a Personal Free Box.
For one, Bulk download is dependent on the max file size upload limit for the Account type in total. See: Understand the Max File Size You Can Upload to Box.
- Free personal: 250 MB
- Starter: 2 GB
- Business: 5 GB
- Business Plus: 15 GB
- Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
- Enterprise Plus: 150 GB
