    This may be relevant to your problem with the next steps. Specifically this section:

    • The Embed Widget may not load on your website if third party cookies are blocked in the browser or if "Allow cross-website tracking" is not enabled on mobile browser.

    Support channels such as chat, phone and the ability to  submit 'support ticket' is only available to all our paid accounts. This option is not showing to you due to your profile in this post is linked to a Personal Free Box. The community would be happy to help work with you and provide tips that could resolve this issue.
