Audit trail of users accessing documents
I am looking to see if there is a way to get an audit trail for viewing activity on a folder on Box? I know who was given access, but want to know if there is a way to see who accessed the information and when.

You can access and view users' activities on folders and files using Box Reporting Tool.
Box Reporting feature is currently available to all Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise admins who are looking to monitor activity and view data about their Box accounts and the content owned by their accounts by generating reports in the Admin Console.
