Can no longer send a shared link

I was testing out what you can see when you create a folder and a shared link, tried it and seemed to work as I wanted it to but now I can't send out the link - keep getting an error message - really need some help as to why this has changed?

    The problem is - I can no longer share the link by email using the functionality. It gets an error. If I copy the link I can manually send an email with the link - but this is not ideal.
