So I guess Box does not offer any support anymore?
I received an email this morning that someone from Indoneisia logged into my account. When I go to change my password, it says that I don't have a password set and it won't let me create a new one. Trying to contact support appears to be an endless loop that goes nowhere. Can Someone please contact me about securing my account?
