Worse customer support on the planet
In my entire life, I have never experienced the utter and complete lack of customer support from any company on the planet as I have with Box. It is a disgrace. I have wasted countless hours over the past months going around and around in circles with Bots and now find out that the system has changed and I have to start all over and figure out how to get an answer to a SIMPLE REQUEST that just doesn't fit in one of the pre-established drop-downs. If Box is trying to cause people to stress out in rage than you are on the right track.

First off, let me apologize for the frustration for trying to get a support for your request, I understand where you are coming from and I'll do my best to help you here!
Do you mind providing more context on the issue with Box or to your specific request so we can create a ticket for you and send it to the correct department?
You may also click this link if you would like to personally submit a ticket with Box, you just have to make sure you are logged into your Admin account in order to view the support options for your type of account as this now varies depending on your subscription.
