Accepting a pending request
Hi,
I have been invited several times to view a set of files from an external partner. Each time I click the invite embedded in the email link, it takes me to my box folder, but there are no invites visible. The help guidelines are not useful if the pending invitation is not loaded/accessible in my account.
How can activate this so I can see and accept the invite?
