Upgrading to a e-signature plan

I currently have a free plan that I have had for years.  How do I upgrade to an e-signature plan?  When I click on upgrade in my free plan, only option is Personal Pro. That does not list e-signature as a benefit.  Also, the free plan I am on now does not even give me the 5 free e-signatures.
