UNABLE TO LOGIN
HI,
I purchased new Laptop and i m trying to longing box app, when i put my credentials the window disappear and in trade icon i can only see message "Box is not logged in"
i borrows hard driver from my friend and on that Hard disk it is working fine. but on my hard drive it is not logging in. can you please advise that is the possible problem ans solution without changing my hard drive.

Can you please let me know how what is your device and what OS are you running?
Also, to confirm, did you install Box Drive or Box Sync on your device? Can you shared a screenshot of the issue you encounter so we can take a closer look?
