Refund Request for Automatic Payment after Free Trial Account

Dear BOX billing team,
I didn't know that the payment was automatically made after the 14-dat trial.
I thought it would be automatically canceled after the free trial if I didn't extend it, but I'm confused because the payment was made.
I don't use this account now and I won't use it in the future.
