Not enough space on Box - although Unlimited
I am trying to copy a large folder on the Box app on Windows by dragging and dropping it and I get the message that "There is not enough space on Box."
It seems I have 1TB of storage.
My university account is supposed to be Unlimited Storage.
Is the Box storage limited by the storage of my computer, which is 1TB?
How to get around it? I set up the folders as Not Available Online...
