Deleted files by accident and can't recover them
Hello,
My computer, accidentally removed several files in different folders inside a main folder.
I only find that out now, and some of them might have been deleted before 30 days ago.
Is it possible to recover those files?

I can see that there are duplicate folders uploaded in the account and this is the same folder that is in your Trash"
Have you already searched in your other folders in Box and in your Box Trash the missing folder? Box allows you sort and filter items within your trash folder.
You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.

The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.

The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.
Tip: Filtering by "Items I Own" is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.
