Box indicates out of Storage but its not
I am unable to upload a file, and get an error message that I am out of storage space; however, under my account it says I have only used 2 GB out of 10 GB. Does something need reset?

Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.
I see that you have enough space in the account and you are uploading file/s to a shared folder in which it has reached the maximum space allocation.
The maximum file size limit for this account is based on the file owner’s account type. So if the user has 10 GB of space and reached the allocation have this user delete files to accommodate space for upload.
