Box drive Installation Error
Hello,
I'm trying to install the box drive on my new computer and I'm getting this error:
An error occured during the installation of assembly component {22D75DAD-658C-3109-91F7-4CB1A0729109}
I've seen some other posts about this and each time it looks like a ticket is made with product support but I can't find a way to make a ticket myself. Does anyone know a solution for this error or could someone help me get in touch with product support please?
Cheers!

Hi Jon,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
Please be advised that the option to submit a 'support ticket' is only available to all Box paid subscription. If you are a Personal lite user, the community would be happy to help work with you and provide tips that could resolve this issue.
Looking into previous cases submitted for this error message, it seems this is related to an outdated .Net Framework.
Can you please make sure your device has met the system requirements to install Box Drive as stated in this article?
Please check if your .NET Framework is updated. It needs to be .NET version 4.5.2 or higher.
Hope that helps!
All the Best,
