    If you do not see the files others uploaded in a folder you are part of, please reach out to them and confirm if they've uploaded to the correct folder. 

    I also checked your profile in this post and noticed your account is a Personal Free Box, which unfortunately do not have reporting features (available to Business and higher plan Admins) which would be helpful to determine if contents were successfully uploaded to folder you own.

    Furthermore, phone support is only available for business accounts and higher and can be requested here https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
