After entering email and password box interface just disappears and no login happens

After entering email and password box interface just disappears and no login happens, hovering the icon in status bar, it says "not logged in"

    Can you please try to :

    • Manually Reset Box Drive as mentioned in the article, and then
    • Retry logging into Box Drive to see if issues continue
