    Hi Allen,

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    It looks like this email address was placed on our bounced email list. This typically happens when a user's email client repeatedly hard bounces our emails back to our server. 

    I've manually removed this email from this list, so this user should now be receiving emails from Box.

    It's possible that emails may bounce back to Box again. You may need to loop in your IT department to assist you; please take a look at this help article:
