Not receiving email notifications
AnsweredI've checked my account settings and all notifications are turned on, I've checked the individual folder settings for several separate folders and they are all set to "account default" but I'm no longer receiving notifications when files are downloaded. I found a post from February about a known issue (never updated to say fixed) but these were definitely working in June but haven't been working since at least late September. They are not in my spam folder.

Have you checked your spam/ junk or other email folders for the email notifications from Box?
