Can't see documents
AnsweredI created a folder as an owner. I made another person an editor and sent them an invite link. They said they have uploaded documents twice now to the folder but I cannot see any documents. There are no documents in the folder. Can anyone help with solution?

Could you try asking the person you added for a screenshot showing their uploaded files in the folder to confirm this?
This sounds like a user error specially if the person is new to Box, since they are not yet familiar with Box, they may have mistakenly uploaded somewhere else, so you want to make sure they are going inside your folder and are actually uploading in there.
