    Are you trying to open the Zip file in Box WebApp or in Box Drive? If you are trying to view the files in Box.com, this article may help: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196713-Previewing-Zip-Files

    If you are trying to open the file in Box Drive, do you encounter any sort of error message?
